BRC and IFS
Anatolia S.A. has been holding both the BRC and the IFS certificates since 2003 with "Grade A"and "Higher Level" respectively.
BRC (British Retail Consortium): The leading trade association for UK retailing. It represents the whole range of retailers, from the large multiples and department stores through to independents.
IFS (International Food Standard): In order to create a common food safety standard, German and French food retailers have developed a common audit standard called International Food Standard or IFS.
IMO

Anatolia is also certifed by IMO Germany to process and export organic / eco- friendly products.
The Institute for Marketecology (IMO) specialises in quality assurance of eco-friendly products, organic agriculture and management systems. IMO is also one of the first and most renowned international agencies for inspection, certification of eco-friendly products.
KOSHER and HELAL
Our factory is also Kosher and Halal approved.
Kosher foods are those that conform to the regulations of the Jewish Halakhic law framework, kosher meaning fit or allowed to be eaten.
Halal (means lawful or legal) is a term designating any object or an action which is permissible to use or engage in, according to Islamic law. The term is used to designate food seen as permissible according to Islamic law.

Anatolia is a registered member of Sedex system, enabling its suppliers to follow its' trading practices in terms of being socially environmentally responsible
Sedex, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange, is a membership organisation for businesses committed to continuous improvement of the ethical performance of their supply chains.
